Down almost 10!

I was down 12, but since Shannon and I ate Mexican yesterday....I am up 2.5 lbs.

However, since we ate MEXICAN, I have no worries about that weight sticking around. Mexican makes my tummy do all kinds of horrible things....So. Yeah. Should be down a few more lbs after that all clears outta my system! :)

I literally broke the scale!

I don't know what happened, but my scale is officially broken! HAHA! I guess since I haven't been to the gym since the kids got sick I may have packed a few back on? ;) Eh. It's probably the batteries.

In exciting news-Shannon lost 7 lbs! (Right?) Although she may have gained it all back and then some with the delicious looking sammich she ate yesterday on her road trip! I think I have lost 5 lbs...I will do better this week!

not ENOUGH?!?!

Ok, so I added up what I have eaten today and what I'm going to have for dinner. It only equals 800 calories. What? Before SF and I got back together I would easily have that for lunch and dinner, not to mention everything else! I was following their meal plan, I thought. Seems like not eating too much can be just as hard as eating enough! Guess I'll have a Skinny Latte to make up for the missing calories. :) Geeze!!!

So proud of myself!

I had a rough day (emotionally) yesterday. Not going into details...but it was bad. Looking back on it today- I am proud of myself. I didn't pull out my favorite Betty Crocker brownie recipe and cry into my batter and then snarf down whatever ended up getting lucky enough to make it to the oven.

Whoo hoo!!!!! I ate great! All day. And now, the next day-all is right in my world and I am thrilled I didn't backslide into my formerly favorite snacking pastime. Go me!

On board!!!

I have been trying to get to the gym more, but it seems like everytime I go-the kids get sick from the play area!!!! Uggh. So annoying!

So, I have been busting my hump on the Wii. I know it's not the best substitute, but it's gotta beat sitting around all day. My arms are so sore from boxing and tennis!

I have also jumped back into journaling. It's the only way I can be accountable for what I eat. I am notorious for picking at the boy's plates when they are done with their meals. WHY?!??! So, yeah. Back on www.caloriecount.about.com
