not ENOUGH?!?!

Ok, so I added up what I have eaten today and what I'm going to have for dinner. It only equals 800 calories. What? Before SF and I got back together I would easily have that for lunch and dinner, not to mention everything else! I was following their meal plan, I thought. Seems like not eating too much can be just as hard as eating enough! Guess I'll have a Skinny Latte to make up for the missing calories. :) Geeze!!!

  1. Yeah, girl! You definitely need to get enough calories (probably about 1200.) If you don't it may cause you to NOT lose weight...something about the body's way of dealing when cells get starved...

    Way to go, though! You are going to look hot in your bridesmaid dress! Whoop whoop!
